Admission
Procedure of Admission :
(a) Application for admission into the college should be made in the Prescribed Form within the stipulated date as notified by the Admission Committee headed by the Principal of the college. Prospectus & Forms may be collected from the college office on any working days.
(b) Students will be selected strictly on the basis of merit.
(c) Few seats are reserved for SC / ST / OBC / MOBC as per Government rules.
(d) Few seats are reserved for Physically handicapped students and students having proficiency in games and sports, culture and NCC.
(e) Incomplete application form will be rejected.
(f) Admission to College Hostel will be made on merit basis by the Hostel Committee and must be applied in a separate Prescribed Form available at the office.
N.B. : Students shall have to produce their original certificates and marksheets at the time of interview.
(g) Date of commencement of classes will be announced on the date of admission.
Eligibility for Admission into different Programmes :
 
B. com A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) in Commerce of the AHSE Council or an equivalent examination (10+2) recognised by the Dibrugarh University will be eligible for admission in to the First Year of the Three Year Degree Course in Commerce.
B.A. A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) in Arts/Science/Commerce or any examination recognised as equivalent by the Dibrugarh University will be eligible for admission in to the First Year of the Three Year Degree Course in Arts.
M.A. / M. Com. A student who has passed the Three Year Degree Course Examination will be eligible for admission into the previous class of Master Degree. No marks bar for admission in to P. G. Classes under D. E.
H..S. Course in Commerce / Arts A student who has passed H. S. L. C. Examination of SEBA (Assam) or any other equivalent Examination recognised by the A.H.S.E. Council will be eligible for admission in to 1st Year Class of Higher Secondary in Commerce & Arts.
